Vineyard NLC Conference Details
Times
This year's conference will take place from Monday 26th January to Thursday 29th January inclusive. (If you are staying at the Sinah Warren Hotel, Thursday night stay and breakfast Friday morning are included in the price). Registration will open on the Monday at 2.00pm giving you the chance to settle into your room and eat the evening meal before the main session begins at 8.00pm. Upon registration you will be given a full programme.
Venue
The conference will be held at the Sinah Warren Hotel, Hayling Island, near Portsmouth, which boasts stylish, comfortable en-suite bedrooms, superb sea views, and a shingle beach next to the hotel. The Sinah Warren offers a great choice of leisure activities, including croquet, tennis and snooker. The use of the gym is also included in the price. Enjoy your full English breakfast, and 3 course evening meal, and spend a little time in the sauna, steam room or treat yourself to one of the beauty therapies on offer. (We will have exclusive use of the hotel for the duration of the conference, however the gym will still be open for others to use.)

Registration & Fees
This year we have negotiated a very favourable package deal for those who are booking into the whole conference. The package deal includes the conference, accommodation, refreshments during each morning break, breakfast every morning from Tuesday to Friday and a three course meal every evening from Monday to Thursday at the Hotel Restaurant. There are a variety of room types available. Choose from the comfortable Ambassadors, the Signature rooms, which are contemporary in design with plasma screens, or the very spacious and grand Royales. For single supplementary rooms, please see the prices below. Please note that no bookings for less than four nights will be accepted and anyone booking out early will be charged for the four nights.

All rooms are subject to availability and as such early booking is recommended.
The conference fee, without accommodation, is £172 per person. This includes 4 evening meals.
For parents bringing children, childcare costs are £78 for 2 to 4 year olds & £50 for under 2's, not including meals. Children's breakfast and evening meals are £30. Nursing babies are free of charge, if they are kept with their parents.

Booking Lunch
The buffet lunch is served between 12:30pm and 1:00pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, for £7 per adult and £4 for children or book 3 adult lunches in advance for £16.95 and £10 for children. Lunch must be ordered by 12.00 noon the previous day at reception. (To pre-order lunch, please call 0115 988 7067). This year's lunch will offer a full selection of seasonal salads, daily choice of carved meats, tuna mayonnaise, vegetarian quiches, jacket potatoes or chipped potatoes and mineral water.
Children
The Sinah Warren caters for over 21's throughout the year, and as they have no childcare facilities, for example cots, highchairs etc, we would ask you, if you are bringing children, to bring anything you are likely to need - travel cot, bed, high chair, bedding, etc with you.
Childcare
We will be running a children's programme throughout the week for children up to and including four years of age. This is limited to children of delegates who book for the entire conference. The children's programme will run during the morning and afternoon sessions. There are 35 places available for childcare, and spaces are available on a "first come first served" basis. Childcare bookings close on 19th December 2008. The conference does not accommodate children aged 5 or over, nor children of day visitors.
Bursary Scheme
We are operating a bursary scheme for the 2009 conference for delegates who are unable to attend due to financial constraints. The conference cost will be split three-ways between the delegate, his/her local church and Vineyard Churches UK. Delegates can make an application to the bursary scheme via their Senior Pastor. This scheme has a limited number of bursaries which will be allocated on a first come first served basis, upon approval from the delegate's Senior Pastor.
